**About the Role**
We are seeking a results-driven **Demand Generation Executive** to join our sales & marketing team. This role is critical in driving awareness, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline for our B2B sales organization. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute demand generation campaigns, nurture leads, and ensure consistent revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) by targeting decision-makers in identified industries/accounts.
- Build and manage prospect databases, ensuring data accuracy in CRM tools
- Nurture leads through personalized outreach and marketing automation workflows.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align on lead qualification, account targeting, and campaign objectives.
- Track, analyse, and report campaign performance metrics, optimizing activities for maximum ROI.
- Support product launches, industry events, and partner-driven campaigns with demand generation activities.
- Provide feedback and insights on buyer personas, competitive landscape, and campaign effectiveness.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B demand generation, inside sales, or lead generation roles.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Number of qualified leads (MQLs/SQLs) generated per month/quarter.
- Conversion rate of leads to opportunities.
- Contribution to overall sales pipeline value.
- Engagement rates across campaigns (open, click-through, response).
- Campaign ROI.
