You'll own and launch full-funnel campaigns across paid, organic, lifecycle, and outbound-assist channels to drive qualified pipeline. You'll bring strong demand gen instincts, a testing mindset, and a focus on programs that convert awareness into opportunities.You'll work closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Marketing Ops to deliver campaigns that move the needle - from first touch to revenue.What will you do?Plan and run high-quality multi-channel campaigns focused on specific regions, segments, or product linesLaunch campaigns tailored to personas, use cases, and funnel stagesWork with Product Marketing to shape messaging, assets, and offers that convertOwn campaign timelines, execution, measurement, and performance reportingContinuously test and improve channels, content formats, and CTAs to drive pipelineTrack key metrics like SAL rate, cost per opportunity, and pipeline contribution, and improve them over timeOperate with an AI-native mindset, using the right tools and workflows to move faster and scale smarterPartner with the Growth team to unlock new opportunities through experimentation and insightsIdentify blockers, fill gaps, and keep programs moving with urgency and clarityWhat We're Looking For?6–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing.Proven ability to run targeted multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.Strong understanding of funnel stages, buyer journeys, and campaign design.Hands-on experience across paid, organic, lifecycle, and outbound-assist channels.Comfortable working with Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Ops to align on goals and execution.Strong analytical instincts and ability to report what's working and what's not.Familiarity with AI tools and workflows to improve campaign velocity and scale.A bias for clarity, ownership, and moving things forward without hand-holding.
