We are hiring for Manager - Demand Planning & Supply Chain for a Logistics Industry

Location: Chennai

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management

Experience : 7- 12 years in Demand Planning ,Supply Chain Management

Salary : Upto 16 LPA

Develop and implement demand forecasting models to accurately predict demand and optimize inventory levels.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform demand planning and supply chain optimization decisions'

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimize supply chain performance

Identify opportunities for supply chain optimization and implement strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction

Lead and manage a logistics team to ensure efficient and effective logistics operations

Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation, warehousing, and inventory management

Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Proficiency in supply chain software, such as SAP ERP systems

Special Skills:
Demand Planning ,Inventory management and analysis

Data analysis and reporting

Strategic planning and problem-solving

Leadership and team management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: From ₹1,600,000.00 per year
