- Provide ongoing training to keep the sales team informed about new product features, updates, and improvements.
- **Sales Tools and Technologies**:

- Train sales teams on the effective use of sales tools, CRM systems, and other technologies that support the sales process.
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to integrate technology into the training program.
- **Performance Evaluation**:

- Assess the effectiveness of sales training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and adjust training strategies accordingly.
- **Continuous Learning**:
