**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the store team.
- Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely entry in ERP/Inventory software.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials as per safety and quality guidelines.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
- Oversee loading and unloading operations while ensuring mínimal material loss/damage.
- Maintain documentation for inward and outward material movement.
- Implement and monitor store processes, including FIFO/FEFO, to reduce wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and housekeeping in the store area.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
