Modelle, a leading **Australian modest fashion brand**, is hiring a **Customer Service & Tele Sales Expert** who is **fluent in both Arabic and English**. This **remote role** is perfect for someone based in India who thrives in customer-facing roles and has a strong ability to convert inquiries into sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make proactive outbound sales calls and follow-ups to convert leads and close sales.
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding orders, product details, returns, and styling advice.
- Assist customers through their buying journey with personalised recommendations.
- Manage and update customer interactions using internal tools and CRM systems.
- Flag and escalate issues when needed, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.
**Requirements**:
- Must be fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in tele sales or customer service, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Confident phone manner and sales-driven mindset.
- Must be available to work Australian business hours (approx. 700 AM - 7:00 PM AEST).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work-from-home setup.
- Experience with Shopify, WhatsApp Business, or CRM platforms is a bonus.

Remote (India-based only)
**Work Hours**:
12-hour shift aligned to Australian timings.
