
Customer Service Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service and operational support through telephone calls, live chat on our website, and management of our cleaning teams. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, embodying the professionalism and quality Cleaning Services is known for. **Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and manage queries with professionalism, adhering to our working hours of 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM UK time.
- Provide support and information to clients via live chat on our website, ensuring a seamless customer experience within the designated working hours.
- Understand and promote the services offered by Cleaning Services, including our online booking system and mobile app.
- Assist clients in scheduling, rescheduling, or customizing their cleaning services.
- Capture payments from the website or through invoices, ensuring accuracy and security in all transactions.
- Send daily reports on payment capture activities to ensure transparency and maintain financial records.
- Ensure that cleaners are assigned to jobs promptly and efficiently through our panel system.
- Monitor cleaners' routes and work progress, ensuring they are on route and actively working on assigned jobs.
- Deal with customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues in accordance with company policies and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, feedback, transactional, and operational activities.
- Work closely with the team to identify and implement improvements in our customer service, financial, and operational processes.
- Uphold the company's reputation for exceptional service standards at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably with direct client interaction over the phone, online, and in managing logístical or operational tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, payment processing systems, and operational management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and the ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure.
- High school diploma; further education in a relevant field is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM UK time, Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
