Join a US-based home service company as a virtual dispatcher/CSR agent responsible for managing and booking appointments. We're seeking an organized, dependable Virtual Assistant with outstanding customer service skills. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between our customers and operations, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service. Fluent English with a US accent and excellent communication skills are essential. Your ability to project a US office presence is crucial. While we'll provide training for our software and phone system, English language proficiency is a prerequisite we won't train on. You must be available to work between 7 AM and 5 PM in the CST time zone US/Canada.

**Responsibilities**:
As a CSR/Dispatcher for our plumbing and HVAC service company, you'll be at the core of our operations, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service delivery. Your role is pivotal in promptly assisting customers and efficiently dispatching field teams to address their needs. Here's what you'll be responsible for:
**Customer Interaction**:
- Attentively listen to customer concerns and gather essential information.
- Communicate clearly and warmly while understanding and addressing their needs.
- Provide solutions, offer information, and schedule service appointments as needed.
**Dispatch and Coordination**:
- Allocate service requests to technicians based on location, expertise, and availability using our field service software.
- Prioritize urgent situations and promptly dispatch the appropriate team member.
- Equip technicians with accurate customer details and job information for efficient service.
- Monitor job progress and update customers on estimated arrival times.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent American accent English is a must.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service or dispatching experience is a bonus.
