**Customer Service Representative Job Description**:
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service Representative Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Customer Service Representative Requirements:

- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.

**What You Bring to the Role**
- College diploma and no direct work experience - Freshers welcome
- Or 1 year or more of customer service experience and high school diploma or equivalent
- Great written English communication skills including grammar and spelling
- Computer savvy
- High speed internet connect (>15 mbps)
- Ability to temporarily relocate (up to 3 months) to Ahmedabad, Gujarat for training.

**Other Information**:

- Shift Timings: 8 hours rotational shift
- 5 days working week with 2-day rotational week off.
- Should have all relevant documents are required regarding the education and prior experience.
- At time of Joining 5 days stay will be provided the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**:₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
