
Customer Relationship Executive

Responsibilities:
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Maintain strong relationship with existing clients by taking feedback for products and services in use, addressing grievances and connecting with internal teams for timely resolutions.
- Taking periodic feedbacks from clients using services / products sold earlier and forwarding any new leads / requirements generated from clients to sales team..
- Preparing reports on customer satisfaction and issues, presenting reports in team meetings for improvement of services and products.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of our products/services.
- Co-ordinate with training team to conduct sessions for clients to maximize their utilization of our products/services and address any questions or challenges they may encounter.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM software.
- Generate reports on customer satisfaction, support metrics, and sales activities to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or account management roles, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office for maintaing data in excel / google sheets and preparing presentations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively dealing with multiple departments.
- Prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
