- **Customer feedback**: Provide feedback to management to help develop strategies and train employees
- **Collaboration**: Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
- **Reporting**: Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- **Sales**: Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and achieve sales targets
- **Training**: Participate in training sessions and stay up-to-date with industry trends

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to identify and assess customer needs
- Ability to resolve problems and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Ability to maintain a positive image for the company

Education
- Some employers may require a bachelor's degree in business or a related field

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
