We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer to join our Service Centre department at Ethos Watches. As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, making outbound calls to customers to book watches for service, and maintaining strong coordination with the sales team.
- Make outbound calls to customers to book watches for service.
- Ensure excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to provide seamless service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience

**Reporting to: Service Business Manager**- Preferred Industry: BPO (International Process)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Must be a graduate
- Proficient in English
