*Key Responsibilities:*
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

*Requirements:*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or real estate will be an advantage.
