**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a confident **Voice-Based Marketing Sales Executive** to handle client communication and sales over the phone. The role is centered on converting leads by clearly explaining our services, handling objections, and driving commitment through strategic conversation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound and follow-up calls with potential clients.
- Pitch Google Ads services aligned with client goals and budgets.
- Manage queries and guide conversations toward conversion.
- Share proposals and assist in closing deals through call-based engagement.
- Update CRM with accurate lead status and call logs.
- Consistently meet or exceed targets for call volume, follow-ups, and conversions.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in voice-based sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT.
- Strong communication and listening skills with a persuasive approach.
- Ability to explain advertising benefits over phone conversations.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking processes.
