**Job Title**: Presales Executive
**Location**: Vaishali, Ghaziabad
As a **Presales Executive**, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including presenting products, providing solutions, and preparing tailored proposals for clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and provide them with the best solutions that meet their needs. You will also play a critical role in product demonstrations, building relationships, and ensuring a seamless transition from presales to post-sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Solution Presentation & Demos**: Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing how our solutions can solve their business challenges.
- **Client Requirement Analysis**: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, ensuring that the solutions we offer are aligned with their needs.
- **Proposal & Documentation Support**: Assist in preparing customized proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation that accurately describe the product and its benefits.
- **Sales Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs, communicate technical details, and support sales efforts through expert advice.
- **Customer Communication**: Act as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries during the sales process and ensure clear communication between customers and the sales team.
- **Solution Customization**: Help clients understand how the solution can be tailored to fit their specific business objectives.
- **Market & Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and competitor analysis to better position our solutions to clients.
- **Post-Sales Handoff**: Support the sales process through a smooth handoff to the implementation or support teams, ensuring all client requirements are captured accurately.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate complex technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.
- **Technical Acumen**: Basic to intermediate understanding of the company’s product suite and related technologies. Ability to understand and communicate product capabilities.
- **Sales Support**: Ability to support the sales process, from product demonstrations to responding to RFPs, ensuring all client needs are addressed.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to analyze client needs and recommend solutions that meet both technical and business objectives.
- **Time Management & Organization**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
- **Presentation Skills**: Comfort and confidence in presenting to clients and stakeholders, tailoring presentations based on client needs.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver the best customer experience and close deals.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and stay updated with evolving customer requirements and market trends.
**Desirable Experience**:
- Experience in presales, technical support, or sales roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a technical background or a strong interest in technology and client-facing roles are encouraged to apply.
