- Developing solutions: Developing an initial view of the solution and tailoring it to meet the customer's needs

- Collaborating with the sales team: Working with the sales team to develop presentations and proposals, and to ensure seamless communication
- Providing demonstrations: Conducting product demonstrations and answering technical queries
- Supporting the sales process: Assisting in all levels of technical account planning, and accompanying sales account managers on visits to customers
- Planning strategies: Planning sales strategies, and creating marketing concepts
- Training sales representatives: Training other sales representatives
- Interpreting customer needs: Interpreting customer needs, and deriving advice for prospective products
- Building relationships: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
