**Job Title**: Presales Executive
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Solution Development**: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and create customized product or service solutions.
- **Product Presentations & Demos**: Conduct virtual or in-person product demonstrations and presentations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- **Proposal Creation**: Assist in the development of technical proposals, quotations, and responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals), ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
- **Client Interaction**: Act as the technical point of contact during the sales process, answering client queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring their needs are met.
- **Sales Support**: Provide technical support to the sales team, helping them understand client requirements and aligning the solution accordingly.
- **Collaboration with Technical Teams**: Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure the proposed solution is feasible and aligns with client needs.
- **Market Research**: Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on market trends to provide valuable insights to clients and the sales team.
- **Documentation**: Maintain proper documentation of client interactions, product specifications, and proposals within CRM or other internal systems.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Technical Understanding**: Strong foundational knowledge of the company’s products/services and how they can be tailored to meet client needs.
- **Presentation Skills**: Proficiency in delivering clear, engaging, and persuasive product demos and presentations to diverse audiences.
- **Sales Support**: Ability to assist the sales team in driving the sales process by responding to technical inquiries and helping close deals.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify client pain points and suggest solutions that align with the company’s offerings.
- **CRM & Documentation**: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, document client interactions, and manage the sales pipeline.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical solutions clearly and effectively.
- **Customer-Focused**: A client-centric approach with the ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and engineering.
- **Market Awareness**: Awareness of industry trends and competitors to provide relevant solutions and differentiate the company’s offerings.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client requests and deliver on deadlines.
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Freshers with an interest in technology, sales support, and customer interaction are encouraged to apply.
- 1-2 years of experience in a presales, sales support, or technical role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic technical concepts is an advantage but not required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
