_**Duties/Responsibilities**:_
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to different engineering departments and teams within the organisation
- Facilitate effective communication between different project sites and central administrative office
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence to ensure timely client-side communication
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and files essential for project documentation
- Communicate with vendors for RFPs of all products / services related requirements

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident IT skills (MS Office - **proficiency in MS Excel compulsory**)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and administrative tasks
- Good written and verbal communication
- Have a helpful and supportive attitude
- Ability to adapt to changing project needs and prioritize tasks effectively
- **Education and Experience**:_
- Diploma/Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce
- **Physical Requirements**:_
- Must be willing to work from office daily

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
