**Role Purpose**:
The Operations Executive’s role is to support the planning and delivery of UK and international exams. In this role, you’ll help ensure quality, compliance, and excellent service for both internal and external customers, contributing directly to the British Council’s goals.
**Main Accountabilities**:
We’re seeking an Operations Executive to support one of the following areas: exam logistics, test day planning, post-test activities, examiner management, or allocation. In this role, you will help deliver operational excellence in the administration of exams while strictly adhering to India Exams, global, and board-specific policies and timelines. You’ll ensure the secure and compliant handling and storage of all exam materials and information, support logistics before and after exams.The role also involves completing financial tasks in line with British Council guidelines and providing accurate financial information when required. You’ll provide responsive customer support, helping to resolve queries and maintain a positive test-taker experience. Strong relationship and stakeholder management will be key, as you’ll work closely with vendors, examiners, and internal teams to coordinate operations. This is a role that demands reliability, communication skills, and a commitment to excellence across every aspect of the exam delivery process.
**Qualification and Experience**:
At least 1 year experience of working in an organisation.
