**Position**: Operations Executive - India Distribution

**Location**: Goregaon
- West, Mumbai

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
To qualify, successful applicants must possess:

- Minimum Qualifications: Graduate
- Experience of 4-7 years in Logistics and Inventory
- Proficient with Excel and ERP system

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Experience handling SCM - Starting from inward products in the warehouse to delivery of material to customers, should have both Warehouse & Logistics experience.
- Preparation & reconciliation of Inventory reports daily.
- Execution of orders as per schedule - Coordination with pickup Transporter / Warehouse Team, including preparing relevant documentation.
- Processing Customers Orders & Issuing Sales Orders.
- Processing of Purchase Orders w.r.t import/local documentation.
- Keep track of open orders and share details with the Sales team daily basis.
- Co-ordinate with Vendors/service providers to get cost-effective quotes for services (Vendor development ability).
- MIS Reports - Stock, Dispatches, Handling.
- Scrutiny of Invoices received from Transporters & Warehouse for storage, handling and freights w.r.t agreed rates, actual uses of services.
- Coordination with internal departments for updates on pending orders & vendors’ invoices.
- Coordination with the finance team for vendors’ payment & discrepancies in vendors’ invoices.
