Job Profile: Sales & Distribution Manager - Hakimi Fragrances

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution strategy for Hakimi Fragrances across India.
- Identify and establish partnerships with key point-of-sale locations to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
- Build and lead a high-performance sales team focused on achieving distribution targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional strategies that drive product demand.
- Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Foster strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to enhance the brand's presence.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales and distribution within the fragrance industry.
- In-depth understanding of the Indian market, with a network of contacts in the perfume and fragrance sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to secure advantageous partnerships.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work both in the office and travel extensively for business development.
- Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
