Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the distribution network.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners (CPs) including Wealth Management Firms, Chartered Accountants, Automobile Dealers, and other non-traditional distribution networks.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing CPs and drive higher engagement, productivity, and sales conversion.
  • Explore and establish partnerships in both domestic (India) and international markets to reach high-potential customer bases.
  • Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to ensure achievement of business goals.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performance distribution team capable of scaling across multiple geographies.

Candidate Profile:

  • MBA with 15 to 18 years of experience in Sales & Distribution.
  • Strong expertise in building and scaling distribution networks across geographies.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse partners and create innovative sales channels.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in high-value product/service distribution is preferred.
