**Role Overview**:
As a Graphic Designing Executive at Nandini West, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity through visually captivating designs that resonate with our audience. Working closely with our marketing and product teams, you will have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and contribute to the success of our brand in the competitive fashion market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Translate brand guidelines and marketing objectives into engaging visual content that reflects the essence of Nandini West's identity and resonates with our target audience.
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom to design and edit graphics, ensuring consistency in style, color, and typography across all platforms.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to continually elevate the quality and creativity of our graphic assets.
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to execution, managing timelines and priorities effectively to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed to ensure the production of print materials meets our standards of excellence.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to drive brand awareness and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including digital and print materials.
- Excellent creative and conceptual skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively.
- Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of current trends in design and aesthetics.
