- **Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Packaging Design**:
Conceptualize and create unique, brand-aligned packaging designs that enhance product appeal and ensure a memorable customer experience.

Collaborate with product development teams to understand packaging requirements and constraints, ensuring designs are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Develop packaging prototypes, considering material choices, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure packaging designs comply with industry standards and regulations, particularly regarding labeling and safety.

**2. Motion Graphics**:
Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, video content, and promotional materials.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging animated content that effectively communicates brand messages and product features.

Stay updated on the latest motion design trends and tools, continuously bringing fresh ideas and techniques to the table.

Manage and execute projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project timelines.

**3. Still Graphics**:
Work closely with the content and marketing teams to produce cohesive and impactful visual content.

Adapt designs across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in style, colors, and messaging.

Prepare and deliver final artwork in the appropriate formats for print and digital use.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

**Experience**: 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging design, motion graphics, and still graphics.

**Skills**:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).

Proficiency in CorelDRAW for vector-based graphic design and illustration.

Experience in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.

Knowledge of Adobe Animate for creating interactive animations is an advantage.

Familiarity with Sketch, Figma, or other UI/UX design tools.

Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
