**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:
Assist in the creation of visual assets for marketing materials, under the guidance of the Senior
Graphic Designer and Creative Director.
Execute design concepts while adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.

**Brand Identity**:
Support the Senior Graphic Designer in maintaining brand consistency across all design work
and marketing collateral.
Contribute ideas and creative input to help reinforce the brand identity effectively.

**Animation and Video Production**:
Assist in creating basic animations and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Adobe
Premiere Pro.
Learn and develop skills in 3D animation using Blender or other software, under the mentorship
of senior team members.

**Collaboration and Communication**:
Collaborate with team members on design projects, actively participating in brainstorming
sessions and design reviews.
Communicate effectively to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into
design revisions.

**Professional Development**:
Take initiative to learn new design techniques, software tools, and industry trends, seeking
guidance from senior team members as needed.
Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in graphic
design and animation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related
field.
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or relevant internships.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
is required.
- Knowledge of basic animation principles and willingness to learn motion graphics and
3D animation.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow as a designer within a dynamic and innovative company.
