12. On-time reporting of instances of deviations of company values & ethics

13. Facilitating Business / Organization Initiatives

14. Representing HR in CII Business Excellence & HR Excellence journey of the division

15. Driving / Co-orientating the respective process, establish new processes

16. Ensuring there is complete compliance at all levels

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
