**Job Role **: HRBP

**Location** : Andheri (MIDC) / Seepz

**Working days** : Monday to Friday

**Job purpose **:Manage the employee life cycle (i.e., onboarding, training, and driving HR calendar processes for employees) and administering employee benefits

**Looking for HRBP exp with below exposure**:

- Induction/orientation
- Employee grievance handling
- Employee engagement
- Performance appraisal
- Payroll inputs
- Employee rewards & recognition management
- Exit management (Exit interview, FnF)

**Key responsibilities**:

- Strategic support to LOS for respective locations, employee engagement, stakeholder management.
- Responsible for maintaining overall HR hygiene,
- Weekly and monthly reports, a much-needed support to senior HR management,
- Administer various HR initiatives for internal and external personnel.

**Competencies**
- Technical / Functional: HR Operations, Business Partnering, Hands on HR MIS, MS Office
- Behavioral: Excellent Communication Skills, HR acumen, Team bonding, positive attitude and go getter even in a complex business scenario

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
