**Role: Executive - HRBP**

**Reporting to**:Manager HRBP**

**Location**: Andheri, Mumbai

**Experience**: 3 to 6 years

**Qualification**:Post Graduation in HR (Full time/Part Time)
- Responsible for handling employee cycle.
- Preferably from pharma/ manufacturing / FMCG.
- Acts as a single point of the contact. Should have zeal to drive employee engagement, must have experience in employee engagement & employee retention.
- Stakeholder management.
- Experience of prioritizing task.
- To initiate and co-ordinate employee participation and engagement initiatives.
- To initiate Motivational and welfare activities.
- To monitor timely completion of annual appraisal process and monthly confirmation appraisal.
- Responsible for monitoring completion of Exit Interviews, Clearance formalities, issuing relieving letters.
- Good in listening, communication and inter-personal skills.
- Must be well versed with MS Excel, PowerPoint.
- Should have knowledge of KRA/KPI.
- Should be team player.
- If worked for company objective, vision, mission will be an added advantage.
