**Job Purpose**:The purpose of this role is Business partnering of at least 100 employees (preferably the technology team)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the leadership team to hire, develop and grow
- Build scalable people practices and creative engagement programs for all Sportans
- Development of all Sportans based on 360-feedback, people manager training programs
- Ensure an amazing work experience to every Sportan from hire to exit
- Devise innovative ways to build and grow

**Must Have**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Worked as an HRBP, partnering of at least 100 employees (preferably the technology team)
- High on relationship building and influencing skills
- Employee focused

**Educational Qualifications And Experience**:

- MBA in HR
