Appointment Setter- Us Shift

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct **cold calling and outbound sales** activities to identify potential clients.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and align them with our IT services.
- Schedule appointments and **set up meetings** for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and **maximize conversion rates**.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed **weekly/monthly KPIs** for call volume, appointments set, and conversion rates.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **1-3 years** of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or outbound sales, preferably in IT services.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills in English.
- Ability to handle objections and **build rapport** with prospects.
- Experience using **CRM tools** and lead tracking software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a **fast-paced environment**.
- Self-motivated with a **goal-oriented** mindset.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in selling **IT services (website development, digital marketing, software solutions, etc.)**.
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and appointment setting strategies.
