**Job Title: Business Development Executive (Appointment Setter + Executive Assistant)**
**Location**: Hybrid (Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM IST)
**Work Days**: Monday to Saturday (6 days working)
**Experience Required**: 2-5 Years
**Industry**: Real Estate (Australian Process)
**Salary**: upto 28k per month
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized **Business Development Executive** who will also act as an **Executive Assistant** to support our Mortgage Strategist. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for **real estate**, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced, international work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Set appointments with qualified leads for senior management
- Act as Executive Assistant to the Mortgage Strategist
- Regularly check in with clients every 2-3 days to maintain engagement
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve client queries and requests
- Provide detailed information on properties, emphasizing benefits and features
- Schedule meetings and ensure calendar management for leadership
- Manage post-session follow-ups to maintain seamless communication
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in B2C cold calling and appointment setting
- Prior experience supporting executives or senior-level management is a plus
- Familiarity with Australian geography (states, capitals, suburbs) is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in CRM tools and general office software
- Driven by KPIs, with a proactive, can-do mindset
