**Role Overview**
We are seeking a motivated Customer Care Executive / Appointment Setter to join our team in Noida, Sector-63. This role involves managing customer interactions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring client satisfaction. Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be dealing with Australian clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Interaction**: Handle customer calls professionally, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule and confirm client appointments efficiently.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate customer records and build strong relationships.
- **Problem Resolution**: Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback to enhance service quality.
- **Reporting**: Prepare reports on customer interactions and appointment
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is an advantage.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written English skills, with proficiency in handling Australian clients.
- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
