**Responsibilities**:
- Place phone calls to potential clients our computerized directory
- Fix 5 to 10 sales meeting in a day.
- Sound knowledge in Networking, IT Infrastructure, CyberSecutiy services, Backup Management, Managed IT services, etc.
- To actively participate in our book club and other training programs
- Scheduling a time with each potential client so they can meet one-on-one or in groups with our organization’s Sales Representatives.
- Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to set appointments for our sales team members.
- Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
- Attempt to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact
- Show up on time and work a full 9-hour day in the office. This is not a work-from-home job.
- To complete at least five focused block hours of dials to make a minimum of 100 dials per day.
- Schedule 5 to 7 appointment on a daily basis activity
- To accurately track all activities (calls, contacts, scheduled appointments, sat appointments, etc.) and submit those reports by Friday, close of business, for that week.
- To follow up on no-shows and cancellations to attempt to reschedule them.
**Qualification Required**:
- Proven work experience as an Tele calling or similar role
- Strong Knowledge of Managed IT & Digital Marketing services
- Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- 1 to 2 year of experience
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Persuasive and results-oriented
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹39,999.00 per month
