**Job Summary**:
The Die Setter is responsible for setting up and maintaining dies and molds for production machines such as presses, injection molding equipment, or forging machines. This role ensures that machines operate efficiently and safely to meet production goals. The Die Setter will also conduct troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and adjustments to maintain product quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Die Setup and Installation**:

- Install, align, and secure dies, molds, and tooling in production machines according to specifications.
- Conduct setup adjustments to ensure proper functionality and alignment.
- **Machine Operation**:

- Operate production equipment to perform trial runs, ensuring proper machine performance and product quality.
- Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to meet production requirements.
- **Troubleshooting**:

- Identify and resolve die or machine issues, such as misalignment, wear, or breakage.
- Perform corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production.
- **Maintenance**:

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of dies and tooling.
- Perform cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs to maintain die and machine performance.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow all safety procedures during die setup and operation to prevent workplace injuries.
- Ensure equipment and setups comply with company and regulatory safety standards.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of setups, adjustments, maintenance, and inspections.
- Report machine performance issues or production delays to the supervisor.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with production team members, machine operators, and maintenance technicians to meet production goals.
- Provide training or guidance to operators on die usage and machine safety as needed.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in die setting, machine operation, or related fields preferred.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and setup instructions.
- Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Understanding of safety practices and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat, and moving machinery.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
