**About Us**:
Micrometal Engineering Industries is a precision manufacturing company specializing in CNC-machined components. We are looking for a skilled **CNC Programmer / Operator / Setter** to join our team and help us maintain high-quality production standards.

**Responsibilities**:
**Programming**:

- Read and interpret **engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T symbols**.
- Develop and optimize **CNC programs (G-code, M-code) using CAD/CAM software** (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, Siemens NX, etc.).
- Select appropriate **cutting tools, speeds, and feeds** for different materials.

**Setup & Operation**:

- Set up and **calibrate CNC machines** (VMC & turning centers, etc.).
- Load raw materials, **secure workpieces, and set tool offsets**.
- Perform trial runs and inspect the first part to ensure accuracy.
- Troubleshoot program errors and **adjust machine parameters as needed**.

**Quality Control & Maintenance**:

- Conduct **in-process inspections** using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMMs.
- Maintain **tolerance accuracy** as per customer specifications.
- Perform **routine maintenance** on CNC machines and tools.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1-2 **years of experience** in CNC programming, operation, and setup.
Proficiency in **reading technical drawings and using measuring instruments**.
Hands-on experience with **G-code, M-code, and Fanuc & Siemens Controls**.
Familiarity with **CAD/CAM software** is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
➕ ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or CNC Machining.
➕ Experience in machining **stainless steel, aluminum, and exotic materials**.
