Who we are looking for:
Client Onboarding Associate 1 is an integral member of a team responsible for delivering quality service to business units globally. The associate 1 role is to ensure quality of service is delivered, and assignments are carried out in a timely manner. He/She must be able to work efficiently in a fast pace environment, meet deadlines, and ensure the accuracy of completed assignments.

Why this role is important to us:
The Business Onboarding and Transitions team (“BOaT”) is seeking a talented, detail-oriented individual to join a growing team dedicated to the support and onboarding of new accounts within Global Operations. This Associate position will be integral to the successful completion of Account Platform and System Setup as well as fostering key relationships with our internal and external customer base.

What you will be responsible for:
- Ensure requests are assigned upon receipt- Review team members completed assignments for accuracy- Respond timely and professionally to all assignment/inquiries- Re-route misrouted assignments accurately- Prioritize time sensitive requests- Provide leadership and direction to team members for quality service- Establish and Maintain good working relationships with internal clients and colleagues- Effectively communicate and address issues or complex requests with senior team members- Knowledge on Client onboarding Functions and dependencies- Ability to multi-task, reprioritize and work under deadlines- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Proficiency with Microsoft Applications- Ability to collaborate, work well independently and in a team environment

- Good knowledge of securities account opening in Global Markets- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills- Ability to analyze client/ CST requirements and work proactively to resolve their queries- Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal planning, and analytical skills

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- A college degree (Bachelors’ degree or equivalent).- Familiarity with Microsoft Access is a plus.- Excellent communications skills with confidence to interact with multiple levels of management.- Desire and ability to provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.- Flexible to work in night shifts.
