Associate - Customer Delight (Support)

Associate - Backend Operations

Associate - OHC (Occupational Health Center) Operations

**Location**:Hyderabad (Work from Office)

**Working Days**:6 days a week

**Reporting to**:Respective Managers (Customer Support, Backend Operations, OHC Operations)

**Salary**:₹2.52 LPA

**Responsibilities**:
**Associate - Customer Delight (Support)**:
Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions

Generate revenue through upselling and understanding customer requirements

Analyse situations and make business decisions to ensure a seamless customer experience

**Associate - Backend Operations**:
Manage backend operations including appointment confirmations, client coordination, and escalations

Prepare SOD & EOD reports and follow up on inquiries

Coordinate with insurers for OPD claims and understand inclusions/exclusions

Communicate effectively with corporate clients and internal stakeholders

**Associate - OHC (Occupational Health Center) Operations**:
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth setup of medical rooms at client sites

Recruit and manage medical room staff (doctors, nurses, etc.)

Oversee vendor onboarding and ensure compliance for medical consumables, ambulances, waste disposal, etc.

Conduct regular audits, support training for medical staff, and generate MIS reports

Collaborate with Finance and Client teams for invoicing and maintaining service quality

**Eligibility**:
Any graduate (2022, 2023, or 2024 pass-out)

Minimum of 60% aggregate marks

**Skills Required**:
Strong communication skills in English

Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical/problem-solving skills

Self-motivated, adaptable, and ownership-driven
