Through the Amazon Marketplace, Amazon provides individuals or enterprises the opportunity to sell their goods on the Amazon platform. Worldwide, more than a million sellers use this Marketplace and thereby contribute to the success of Amazon. At this role, the associate gets a chance to work with seller management team by helping on removing blockers and setting them up for success by leveraging various programs and tools which will directly contribute to the customer satisfaction.

Key job responsibilities
Should have understanding of the functionality of the project/product. Should have the ability to stay connected with changing requirements and documentation.
Should be able to actively look for gaps in seller cases and look beyond SOP cases for issues/resolutions.
Should independently understand the processes to thoroughly address product changes/ queries.
Should have the ability to backtrack and do a root cause analysis of tickets/issues created by Sellers.
Should be able to communicate complex transactional issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers
Should possess strong time management and organizational skills
Should meet business metrics and goals i.e. SLA, productivity, quality and utilization benchmarks

A day in the life
A typical day involves addressing internal/external issues, identifying product gaps, supporting ad-hoc requests etc. Also involves interacting with Product managers/Account managers and various other internal teams to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the growth of the respective team/program. Develop a global perspective and understand the nuances of various geographies that Amazon operates in.
