**Digital Marketing Operations Associate**

**Summary**

***Zeta's Marketing Operations is comprised of over 50 individuals who provide world class operational support to the stakeholders and clients of Zeta using multiple in-house and commercial performance marketing tools. We are currently looking for an Operations Associate to join our Actions O&O Operations (AOO) team to support meeting the demands of our clients and stakeholders in ensuring the success of their digital marketing campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about consistently driving results through operational excellence and constantly striving to improve processes.

***Essential Responsibilities**:

- Compile financial data to produce reports and key metrics that support analysis and decision making.
- Identify, refine, and analyze key operating and reporting metrics for upper management.
- Drive new client and campaign on-boarding end-to-end by working collaboratively with Client Services, Engineering, Web Development and Product Management teams.
- Configure, operate, and monitor Zeta Global's proprietary and 3rd party tools to execute client marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate performance of campaigns and make optimization recommendations.
- Troubleshoot campaigns that are not meeting expectations.
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and decrease campaign downtime.

**Desired Characteristics**
- MBA freshers or B.Tech 1-2 years of work experience from a reputable institute; focus in operations or supply chain preferred. (From Tier 1 or at least tier 2.)
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Proven quantitative and analytical skills.
- Advanced skills in MS Suite, especially MS Excel. Should be able to learn new software and tools quickly.
- An attitude of ownership and teamwork. Should have willingness to learn multiple aspects of Operations and Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Background in digital marketing preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexible and adaptable_ to _change (i.e., Can do attitude / self-starter / works well with others)
