Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate (Fresher)

Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team, responsible for supporting and executing digital marketing initiatives. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.

Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities.

Respond to comments and messages, fostering community engagement.

Content Creation:
Assist in the development of creative and compelling content for digital channels.

Collaborate with the content team to produce blog posts, articles, and multimedia content.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Learn and implement basic SEO strategies to improve website visibility.

Assist in keyword research and content optimization for better search engine rankings.

Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns.

Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.

Digital Advertising:
Assist in the setup and management of digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).

Monitor ad performance and contribute to optimization efforts.

Collaboration and Learning:
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product teams.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising is a plus.

Analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from data.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
