**Digital Marketing Trainer / Faculty**

**Location**: Ameerpet, Hyderabad
**Working Hours**: 10 AM to 7 PM
**Employment Type**: Full-Time, In‑Person

**Role Overview**

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver a comprehensive, full-stack digital marketing curriculum. This position involves creating and delivering high-quality training across modules such as SEO, SEM/Google Ads, Social Media, Analytics, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and regularly update teaching materials: presentations, case studies, assignments, and demos.
- Conduct hands-on workshops and live project simulations using tools like Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, etc.
- Assess student progress with quizzes, assignments, and feedback sessions; monitor improvement.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring, doubt-clearing, and career guidance.
- Stay current with industry trends—e.g. AI marketing, automation tools—and integrate them into the curriculum.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum **2 to 5 years** of practical digital marketing experience, and ideally 1-2 years in a training or teaching role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; postgraduate preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi to effectively teach.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar are a plus.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Proficient in instructional design and adapting content delivery for varying learner levels.
- Strong mentorship skills to guide students through project work and certification preparation.
- Analytical mindset to measure training effectiveness and learner outcomes.
- Passionate about teaching, with patience and adaptability to manage batches effectively.
- Ability to explain complex concepts simply and engagingly.

**Salary & Benefits**
- **Salary Range**: ₹8,000 - ₹23,000/month (based on experience and role expectations)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
