**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Design, develop, and update training materials, course content, and practical exercises based on industry standards.
- Teach students various modules such as:

- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
- Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Content Marketing & Blogging
- Affiliate Marketing
- Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
- Marketing Automation Tools
- Influencer & Video Marketing
- Provide hands-on training on popular digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, HubSpot, etc.
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
- Keep updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices and incorporate them into training.
- Prepare assignments, case studies, and live project work to enhance practical exposure.
- Collaborate with the academic team to align training outcomes with placement requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing (agency or corporate side).
- Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or corporate faculty in digital marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Analytics, and emerging digital tools.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging manner.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar is a plus.
