About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts across various platforms to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- SEO & SEM: Perform keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.

Support in managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms.
- Social Media Marketing: Monitor and engage with followers on social media platforms.

Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track website traffic and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics.

Prepare regular performance reports for marketing activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure consistency in branding.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certification in Google Ads or Digital Marketing (preferred).
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
