**Marketing Executive Job Responsibility**

**Develop and execute marketing campaigns for real estate properties.**

**Establishes marketing goals based on performance & good understand the real estate market trends, target demographics and competitors and analyze market data to develop effective marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for property promotion.**

**Should be able to understand the business requirement and convert that into marketing strategy.**

**Oversee the sales team as they develop and execute sales strategies.**

**Manage and update the company’s social medial such as facebook, Linkedin, Instagram to increase brand awareness connect with customers and advertise new listings.**

**Create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, digital ads and videos etc.**

**Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.**

**Stay updated with real estate trends and competitor activities.**

**Communicate with clients regularly to answer their question regarding our products and services, negotiate deals and get their feedback.**

**Must have good collaboration with sales team.**

**Requirements**:
**Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising sales & Business Administration or related field(preferred).**

**3-5 Years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the real estate or similar sector.**

**Strong written and verbal communication skills and good presentable.**

**Familiarity with office software(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and phone systems.**

**Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**

**Location**:Nanakaramguda, Hyderabad**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,302.16 per month
