**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the marketing team in organizing and executing in-mall events, festive décor, and seasonal promotions. Oversee ongoing events, installations, and festive décor to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the execution and coordination of events, festive décor, and promotional activities within the mall premises.
- Share event updates, promotional material, and campaign details with mall retailers; collect feedback and participation confirmations.
- Coordinate with digital teams by capturing photos/videos of mall activities and maintaining a content bank.
- Identify cross-promotional opportunities with retailers and assist in implementing joint marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports detailing marketing and event performance for internal review meetings.
- Maintain archives of past events, participation records, and performance metrics.
- Help monitor and report competitor malls' marketing activities and campaigns.
- Scheduled and conducted client ( External & Internal) meetings for potential collaborations.
- Explored outreach tie-ups with relevant brands/societies/schools/colleges etc.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
- Keen interest in marketing, event management, and the retail industry
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Flexibility to work on weekends and in shifts as required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
