**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:

- Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within corporate accounts, travel agencies, event organizers, and other relevant market segments in Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand competitor offerings.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online resources.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and site visits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster client loyalty and repeat business.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for room sales, banqueting, and other hotel services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and hotel tours for prospective clients.
- **Market Awareness and Analysis**:

- Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the Sales Manager on market conditions and potential opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting and Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other hotel departments, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy of the hotel.
- **Representation**:

- Represent Akoya Hotels professionally at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
