Dynamic and results-driven Preschool Coordinator who can balance academic leadership with administrative responsibilities, teacher training, parent engagement, and a strong focus on sales and admissions growth.

Key responsibilities:
Academic & Curriculum Leadership: Oversee daily classroom activities and ensure curriculum standards are met. Guide teachers in planning and executing developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Conduct regular classroom observations and provide coaching and support to educators. Teacher Development & Training: Organize and lead regular professional development and training workshops. Mentor staff on teaching techniques, classroom management, and child engagement. Promote a collaborative and motivated teaching culture. Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain student and staff records, schedules, and compliance documentation. Ensure the preschool operates within health, safety, and licensing regulations. Manage day-to-day operational tasks efficiently and independently. Sales, Marketing & Admissions: Act as the first point of contact for new admissions inquiries. Conduct school tours and effectively communicate the school’s curriculum and philosophy to prospective parents. Follow up with leads, manage admissions pipeline, and help achieve enrollment targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan outreach events, open houses, and community engagement activities. Parent Communication & Engagement: Build positive relationships with parents and guardians. Schedule and conduct parent-teacher conferences and keep parents informed about student progress. Handle concerns professionally, ensuring parent satisfaction and trust. Event & Program Coordination:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
