**Job Summary**:
The Preschool Administrator oversees the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe, organized, and nurturing environment for children, staff, and parents. This role includes managing admissions, coordinating staff, handling finances, and ensuring compliance with school policies and regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. School Operations & Administration**
- Manage daily preschool activities and ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and paperwork.
- Ensure the preschool meets all safety and educational regulations.
**2. Admissions & Parent Communication**
- Handle inquiries, admissions, and enrollment processes.
- Maintain strong communication with parents and address concerns.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings and events.
**3. Staff & Facility Management**
- Support the hiring, training, and scheduling of teachers and staff.
- Ensure classrooms are well-equipped and the facility is maintained.
- Conduct staff meetings and professional development sessions.
**4. Financial & Fee Management**
- Oversee tuition fee collection and school expenses.
- Purchase school supplies and manage the budget efficiently.
**5. Health & Safety Compliance**
- Ensure proper safety procedures and emergency protocols are in place.
- Monitor hygiene, meals, and overall well-being of children.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Experience in school administration or management preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and school management software.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per year
