Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
** Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.**
** Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, construction firms, manufacturing companies, and educational institutions.**
** Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of CAD solutions.**
** Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.**
2. Client Relationship Management
** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and addressing technical or sales-related queries.**
** Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate records in CRM software.**
** Provide post-sale support, including onboarding assistance and coordinating with technical teams for implementation.**
3. Market & Competitor Analysis
** Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging CAD technologies.**
** Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.**
4. Collaboration & Reporting
** Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads through campaigns, trade shows, and webinars.**
** Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.**
Qualifications & Skills:
** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.**
** Experience**:
- Minimum 2-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in CAD software, SaaS, or technical solutions.
- Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit) is a strong plus.
** Skills**:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical features into business benefits.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and goal-oriented approach.
Preferred Attributes:
** Existing network in the engineering, architecture, or manufacturing sectors.**
** Knowledge of subscription-based software sales models.**
Compensation & Benefits:
** INR 25,000/- to INR 30,000/- per month + commission/incentives worth INR 30,000/-. Per month**
** Travel allowances.**
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
