**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads provided by the company.
- Brief clients about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, including plots, villas, apartments, and farmlands.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable project options.
- Schedule and follow up on site visits.
- Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion and appointments.
- Build a positive relationship with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 10+2; graduation preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior telecalling or telesales experience is an advantage (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in **Telugu, Hindi, and English**.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and listening abilities.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
